I took a drive over to Snoqualmie Falls tonight to try to catch the last bit of sunset, and what a beautiful view it was. We had clouds all day in Seattle accompanied by modest on-and-off rain this afternoon; tonight, however, opened up and both the sunset and moon were visible through the huge cumulus clouds. It made for a very pleasant and relaxing evening. Here are a couple of photos of the falls, see them larger on my Flickr (or click them for the direct links).
I’m always struck by how razor sharp the other parts of the image are and how smooth the water is. Another great photo!
