Bathroom Renovation.
Wheeeww whooo! My cabinet and marble came in around the 20th of last month (Sept). It was work, but they are installed and look fantastic (installation with some help of course, thanks btw).
This first bit was to the front bathroom (Arzhang’s bathroom). The old cabinet was about 30″ high, versus 36″ for kitchen cabinet height and had to be replaced. The faucet and sink were alright, but I prefer either under-mount sinks or one-piece counter tops (sink + counter) as they provide more space and are easier to clean. The checkered linoleum flooring is the same as in the back bathroom and kitchen. It will all be removed, but this was the first place it had to go.
Here’s a photo-documented journey of the transition. Lots of photos, may load slowly. The next project will be replacing the cabinet/counter/faucets/sinks/flooring in the back bathroom. Stay tuned…cabinet/faucets/sinks should arrive later this month.

So nice. Happy to have that finished. Still have to do the shower stall and the trim. Sigh, I’ll keep working.

Sweet mother what a change! Looked great when I saw it! You best come over when we get ready for cabinets and flooring!
I would be happy to help, it’s a blast. =] I’m excited to do the same to my bathroom; I’m rather jealous of Arzhang and his bathroom.
LOL. Oh Dave, what an awesome photographic journey… and your commentary was just too funny.
The bathroom looks amazing, congrats on getting that done! Can’t wait to see the next one!
